Civil Supervisor

Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects

Strong knowledge of K-Smart (Kerala Smart Building Permit System)

Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawings

AutoCAD

SketchUp / relevant 3D software

Ability to handle site coordination and drawings independently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preparation and review of 2D & 3D drawings

Handling K-Smart related documentation & approvals

Site supervision and coordination with project teams

Ensuring work quality and timely execution

Pay: ₹9,837.70 - ₹20,118.57 per month
