CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Project: Habshan Project
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site, including excavation, concrete works, formwork, rebar, finishing, and related activities.
• Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and work progress to meet project targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and promote safe working practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address non-conformances.
• Support planning and execution to achieve timely completion of assigned works.
• Maintain daily reports on progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience as a Civil Supervisor.
• Experience in oil & gas, refinery, or large industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.

• Client is willing to wait 12–15 working days post candidate selection for mobilization.
