Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works including excavation, concreting, block works, plastering, and finishing
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer/Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies
• Check materials, workmanship, and quality of work on-site
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and manpower
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Assist in inspections and site handover activities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
