Civil Supervisor

Position: Civil Supervisor
Location: Qatar (Offshore Project)
Salary: QAR 5,000 – 7,000 + FAT

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on offshore sites
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure effective workforce utilization
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with HSE standards
• Report progress, challenges, and material/manpower requirements to the project management team

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor
• Mandatory offshore project experience
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site supervision
• Ability to lead teams and handle site coordination independently
