Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day site operations related to wet utilities, including water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, while delivering the project within the planned schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of wet utilities works (water distribution networks, sewer systems, and stormwater drainage).
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site in coordination with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintain site documentation, and report progress to the project team.
• Coordinate with surveyors, MEP teams, and QA/QC for timely resolution of site issues.
• Ensure that HSE regulations are strictly followed on site.
• Assist in managing site resources, materials, and subcontractor activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant site experience in civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, methods, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and utility layout plans.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office tools.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
