Civil Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per IFC drawings and approved method statements.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Monitor work progress and productivity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and discipline supervisor
• Ensure strict compliance with project HSE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
• Ensure work permits (PTW) are in place before starting activities.
• Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Immediately report unsafe acts and near misses.
• Ensure work is executed as per project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC team and client inspectors.
• Rectify site defects and close punch points.
• Ensure materials used are approved and inspected.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams.
• Report daily progress to Construction Manager/Project Engineer.
• Identify and escalate site constraints or delays.
• Attend site coordination meetings if required.
• Maintain daily progress records and manpower reports.
• Track material usage and equipment deployment.
• Assist in preparation of daily and weekly reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor workforce efficiency.
• Control wastage of materials.
• Ensure proper housekeeping at site.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned scope

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in oil & gas construction projects.

Experience:

• Site supervisor - Oil & Gas: 3 years (Required)
