Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on project sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Engineer/Project Manager
• Allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies
• Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to standards
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and report shortages or delays
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and progress records
• Support project completion within timelines and budget

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety procedures
