Civil Supervisor

Job Decription:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at telecom and building project sites
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and report project status to management
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Maintain site safety standards and compliance with regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Maintain project documentation and daily site reports
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field3–6 years of experience in civil construction supervision (telecom infrastructure experience preferred)
• Experience in building, residential, or commercial projects will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Good communication and team coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple sites/projects effectively
• Experience in telecom tower foundation and site development
• Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and site execution planning
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
