Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive Civil Engineers (Candidates from lahore will be considered)

We are looking for energetic and confident Civil Engineering Graduates to join our growing team in Township, Lahore. This is a non-technical, B2B sales and outreach role focused on the US market. If you have a background in Civil Engineering or experience in Construction Estimation campaigns and possess top-tier English communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting high-volume B2B cold calls to prospective US-based clients.
• Engaging with industry professionals to present our services effectively.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international stakeholders.
• Meeting daily and weekly outreach targets to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Education: Must be a Civil Engineering Graduate OR have proven experience in Construction Estimation B2B campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent English fluency with a neutral or American accent is highly preferred.
• Confidence: Ability to handle high-level conversations and negotiations with US clients.
• Work Ethic: Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Availability: Must be willing to work the Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Township, Lahore (In-person role).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (Base Salary).
• Incentives: Competitive Commission in USD and performance-based bonuses.
• Time Off: 30 Paid Leaves per year.
