Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor based in Lahore to oversee the construction, renovation, and maintenance of retail outlets. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. This role requires regular coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of outlet development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end construction and fit-out activities for retail outlets.
• Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, and finishing works at project sites.
• Ensure all construction activities are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers for efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates to management.
• Verify material quality, quantity, and proper utilization on site.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, legal requirements, and HSE policies.
• Manage labor teams and maintain discipline at construction sites.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in retail outlet or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be Lahore-based and willing to travel for site visits as required.
