Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising construction teams and managing day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

• Oversee daily construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress and maintain construction timelines

Team & Labor Management

• Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Assign tasks and ensure productivity on-site
• Maintain discipline and safety compliance

Quality Control

• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project requirements
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections

Material & Resource Management

• Monitor usage of construction materials
• Coordinate with procurement team for timely material availability
• Prevent wastage and control site costs

Site Administration

• Manage clients and visitors at the site professionally
• Handle utility bills and site expenses (electricity, water, etc.)
• Maintain and manage petty cash for daily site needs
• Keep records of expenses and report to management

Safety Compliance

• Ensure all site activities follow health & safety regulations
• Implement safety procedures and guidelines
• Report any incidents or hazards

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Report site issues and delays to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in construction supervision
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and site regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
• Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQs
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
