Site Manager (Interior Finishes / Civil Works)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction and finishing activities, ensuring delivery aligns with project quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, providing strategic updates on project progress, risks, resource planning, and mitigation measures.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate execution of work and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Plan, monitor, and control all site operations, ensuring efficient sequencing of activities and timely project completion.
• Manage site resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and timelines.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment across all site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to approved designs and standards.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting performance, delays, risks, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of site issues.

Requirements

• Education: DAE (Civil) or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site management, preferably in finishing works.
