A Civil Supervisor focusing on finishing works oversees the final, detailed stages of construction to ensure high-quality aesthetics and functionality before project handover. • Finishing Supervision: Monitor and direct daily activities for finishing trades (blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, and carpentry).
• Quality Control: Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client standards.
• Punch List Management: Identify, track, and close out snagging/punch list items prior to final handover.
• Resource Coordination: Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment to meet tight finishing deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all finishing activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) standards.
• Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain as-built records, and support engineer documentation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–10+ years of experience in civil supervision, specifically in interior fit-out, residential villas, or commercial finishing.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading construction blueprints, interior design drawings, and elevation drawings.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to direct, train, and manage subcontractors and trade foremen.
