Civil Supervisor

Position Title: Civil Works Supervisor
Department: Construction / Project Site
Location: Project Site
Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer

Qualification:

• DAE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Must have good command of MS Excel

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-story building projects
• Strong experience in supervising plaster works and finishing activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at site
• Monitor plaster works and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate with contractors, labor staff, and site team
• Ensure work completion according to drawings and project timelines
• Maintain site progress reports and material consumption records in MS Excel
• Ensure proper workmanship, safety standards, and discipline at site
• Report daily site progress and issues to management

Requirements:

• Must have own bike for site visits and mobility
• Strong site supervision and team handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per hour
