The person must possess a civil background and should have prior at least 4-7 years of exposure to building maintenance works, architectural works and interior/exterior renovations.
JDS
Planning, scheduling and execution of all building maintenance works of building and mall facility.
Works include masonry, carpentry, plumbing and sewerage, paint, furniture and fixture, doors and windows, fabrication works.
Daily rounds of facility and monitoring of staff/assignment of work to plumber, mason, carpenter, painter and fabricator.
Look after project and renovation works, preparing BOQ, conducting quantity survey, checking and verifying work done by contractors.
Understanding of layouts and drawings.
Dealing with vendors and contractors, involvement in procurement of materials ensuring quality and specs are as per requirement.
Maintaining daily log book and daily report to line manager. Daily inspection of work performed inside office and mall tenancies ensure they comply standards. Report any discrepancy.
Training and evaluation of staff where necessary.
