Job Description

We are seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities, coordinating site operations, and ensuring work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at site
• Oil & Gas project experience is mandatory
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Assist in preparing estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs
• Review, interpret, and prepare civil drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Manage site manpower and ensure timely completion of works
• Ensure adherence to quality, HSE, and safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of civil drawings and AutoCAD
• Experience in site coordination and manpower management
• Qatar Driving License is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
