Civil Supervisor - Saudi National - SASREF ARAMCO

Job Purpose: Manage and supervise trenching, excavation, foundation preparation, and reinstatement works in refinery environment with existing underground services, ensuring compliance with SABIC standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage trenching and excavation activities with PTW and gas testing compliance
• Oversee foundation preparation for compressor installation including dimensional verification
• Coordinate concrete repair and coating application works
• Manage asphalt and gravel reinstatement in operational refinery areas
• Verify DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and coating compliance
• Interface with SASREF civil works for foundation handover and acceptance
• Coordinate backfilling and compaction activities
• Ensure excavation safety including shoring and barricading
• Manage civil work crews and subcontractor personnel
• Verify as-built documentation and red mark-up drawings
• Coordinate with Civil QA/QC Engineer for inspection hold points
• Ensure housekeeping and site restoration upon completion

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8+ years civil construction experience with 5+ years in KSA oil & gas
• Refinery civil works experience (SABIC/Aramco)
• Brownfield excavation and trenching safety expertise
• Coating and concrete repair supervision experience
• H2S, excavation safety, and confined space certification
• Transferable Iqama

Preferred:

• SASREF or SABIC refinery civil experience
• NACE coating inspector certification
• Concrete repair specialist certification

Familiarity with Aramco civil standards
