Civil Technician

We are hiring Civil Technician

Job Description:

• Read and review project drawings.
• Inspect project sites and evaluate contractors’ work in order to detect problems.
• Test construction materials and specifications, especially concrete and depth dimensions.
• Prepare reports and document project activities and data.
• Report and solve the problems occurring at project site to superiors and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.
• Draft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects and to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Conduct the field survey and supervise the civil work.
• Able to read duct and OFC plan and implement in the field.
• Ability to perform PAT of the work done and removal of snags.

Required Skills:

• Strong network build management background
• Good understanding of Fiber-based telecommunications
• The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Education:

• Matriculation/Intermediate/Diploma holder

Experience

• Having minimum of 2+ years of experience
