Civil/Structural Engineer

The Civil Structural Engineer is responsible for preparing and reviewing structural engineering aspects of assigned projects. The role ensures that structural designs adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting project execution from design to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural calculations, detailed drawings, technical specifications, and plans for buildings and other structures in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Monitor the execution of structural works, track progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the project remains aligned with approved schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess structural works. Provide technical guidance and corrective actions to site teams when required.
• Collaborate closely with technical and planning to ensure integrated and accurate design implementation.
• Address and resolve any structural or technical issues that arise during construction, recommending solutions.
• Review and approve structural materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports, highlight potential delays or challenges, and communicate updates to project teams through meetings and written documentation.
