Civil/Structural Engineer

Position Title: Civil Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components such as foundations, beams, columns, slabs, retaining walls, and steel structures.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure structural compatibility.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Supervise site activities related to structural works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance for execution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and safety standards.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines for structural works.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
• Assist in tender preparation, BOQ verification, and estimation of structural works.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil and structural engineering projects
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, and foundation systems
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other UAE authority regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and MS Office

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
