Job Description

The Cladding Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation support of external and internal cladding systems in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. The role involves working with aluminum, steel, ACP, GI, and other cladding materials commonly used in construction and MEP-related architectural works.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fabricate cladding panels, frames, brackets, and support systems as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
  • Cut, bend, drill, weld, and assemble cladding materials using appropriate tools and machinery.
  • Assist in the installation of aluminum cladding, ACP panels, louvers, façade elements, and architectural metal works.
  • Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and finishing of fabricated components.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and installers to meet project timelines.
  • Inspect fabricated items for quality, finish, and dimensional accuracy before installation.
  • Follow company quality procedures and HSE requirements, including proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and fabrication work areas in safe and clean condition.
  • Report material shortages, damages, or fabrication issues to the supervisor.
  • Support site activities during testing, inspection, and snag rectification.
