We are looking for a Senior Claims Executive - Commercial Risk Solutions Team
- This role is a hybrid with the flexibility to work from home and your aligned office in İstanbul.
What The Day Will Look Like
- Taking the claim notifications from client
- Preparing regular reports to follow up the claims
- Following up the claim and other related expense collections and payments by means of systematic reports and solving related problems on time
- Chasing the related reinsurers of overdue claim calls
- Performing periodic reconciliations with finance department, on claim and claim related expense calls and payments
- Recording all claim notifications to Companies’ operating system
- Managing written and verbal communications with the parties abroad
- Filing, archiving and updating the documents with respect to the company’s standards and formats
- Performing other claim related operational jobs described in the Companies’ Procedures Handbook
