A leading claims consultancy is seeking an experienced Claims / Contracts Manager to support clients across major construction and infrastructure projects. The role will focus on preparing, managing, and resolving complex claims and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage EOT claims, variations, and contractual submissions

Provide strategic advice on claims, disputes, and contract administration

Analyse project records, programmes, and correspondence to support claims

Draft detailed claims reports, narratives, and substantiation documents

Support clients in dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration
-
Interpret and advise on contract conditions (FIDIC and bespoke forms)

Liaise with clients, legal teams, and project stakeholders on commercial matters

Assist in the preparation of expert reports where required

Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in contracts/commercial roles within construction
-
Proven experience working on claims and dispute resolution (contractor or consultancy side)

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims procedures

Experience on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects

Excellent report writing and analytical skills

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field

MRICS / MCIArb or working towards is highly desirable
