We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of accounts and drive them to resolution; This is not a passive collections role.

As a Claims Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for moving insurance claims from submission to payment through consistent, strategic follow-up. This role is built for someone who is comfortable with a high level of daily outreach and understands that persistence is what gets accounts closed.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of a pipeline of outstanding claims and push them through to payment
• Maintain consistent, high-volume communication with adjusters and customers
• Identify opportunities to expedite payments or secure direct payment when possible
• Navigate delays, partial payments, and claim issues with confidence
• Keep detailed, organized records of all activity and progress
