Claims Representative

As the Claims Representative, you will be responsible for the evaluation, investigation and resolution of individual death claims within established guidelines. You will be providing a superior customer experience to our clients.

Providing superior customer service to our customers
Processing and approving claim payments
Providing prompt and accurate correspondence to internal and external customers
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Evaluating, analyzing and investigating claims

Requirements:

What Sets You Up for Success

Some college or equivalent work experience preferred
Strong math or insurance background
Continuing education is highly encouraged through achievement of a LOMA designation and/or the ICA Associate, Life and Health Claims designation
Strong, proven customer service experience and skills
