Job Specifications

• Shift: Morning
• Location: Banigala, near Imran Khan Chowk, Islamabad
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc / B.Ed in Science preferred)
• Experience: 3–4 years of teaching experience in a school environment

Key Responsibilities / Duties1. Classroom Teaching & Subject Delivery

• Deliver engaging Science lessons with focus on conceptual understanding
• Teach general subjects including Mathematics, English basics, and Social Studies
• Use practical examples, demonstrations, and activities for better learning
• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning

2. Lesson Planning & Preparation

• Prepare structured daily and weekly lesson plans
• Design worksheets, quizzes, and classroom activities
• Use visual aids, experiments, and teaching materials for clarity
• Adapt teaching methods according to students’ learning levels

3. Student Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and oral assessments
• Track student academic progress and maintain records
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
• Identify weak students and support their improvement

4. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Ensure active participation of all students in class activities
• Apply effective and fair discipline strategies
• Promote respect, teamwork, and responsibility

5. Child Development & Academic Support

• Strengthen students’ conceptual understanding in science
• Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Motivate students to participate confidently in learning activities
• Provide extra support where learning gaps are identified

6. Parent Communication

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
• Share updates on academic progress and behavior
• Discuss improvement plans when required
• Maintain professional and respectful communication

7. School Participation

• Participate in school meetings, events, and activities
• Support academic policies and discipline standards
• Collaborate with teachers and administration staff
• Contribute to a positive school learning environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
