We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible, and experienced Class Teacher for Grade 6 (Boys) who can teach Geography or History with strong subject expertise. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering clear lessons, preparing students for exams, and building strong conceptual understanding along with effective classroom management.

Job Specifications

• Shift: Morning
• Location: Banigala, near Imran Khan Chowk, Islamabad
• Education: Master’s degree (MSc in Geography or History preferred)
• Experience: 3–4 years of teaching experience in a school environment

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Classroom Teaching & Subject Delivery

• Teach Geography or History with strong conceptual clarity
• Deliver lessons in an engaging and structured manner
• Help students understand historical events, geographical concepts, and real-world connections
• Encourage analytical thinking and critical understanding

2. Exam Preparation & Academic Support

• Prepare students for class tests, term exams, and assessments
• Design practice papers, quizzes, and revision materials
• Guide students on effective exam techniques and writing skills
• Focus on improving academic performance and results

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation

• Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans
• Develop notes, worksheets, and teaching materials
• Use maps, charts, timelines, and visual aids for better understanding
• Adapt teaching methods based on student learning needs

4. Student Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular tests and oral assessments
• Maintain proper records of student performance
• Monitor academic progress and provide feedback
• Identify weak students and support improvement strategies

5. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and a focused learning environment
• Ensure active participation of all students
• Apply fair and consistent behavior management techniques
• Promote respect, responsibility, and teamwork

6. Child Development & Academic Growth

• Build strong conceptual understanding in students
• Encourage curiosity and independent thinking
• Motivate students to take interest in social sciences
• Support students in developing writing and analytical skills

7. Parent Communication

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
• Share academic performance updates and concerns
• Suggest improvement strategies when required
• Maintain professional and respectful communication

8. School Participation

• Participate in school meetings, events, and activities
• Support academic planning and school discipline policies
• Collaborate with other teachers and administration
• Contribute to a positive learning environment

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
