Need Male Cleaner for building on Immediate joining.

• Clean and mop floors in lobbies, corridors, lift areas, and staircases.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, railings, doors, and furniture in common areas.
• Clean building entrance, reception area, and waiting areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage from designated bins and collection points.
• Ensure garbage rooms are clean, sanitized, and odor-free.
• Follow Dubai Municipality waste segregation rules when required.
• Clean and sanitize public washrooms (if applicable).
• Refill consumables such as hand soap, tissues, and air fresheners.
• Sweep and clean pathways, parking areas, and outdoor sitting spaces.
• Remove leaves, dust, and litter from surrounding building premises.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Follow health and safety guidelines based on UAE standards.
• Report any maintenance issues (broken lights, damaged tiles, leaks, etc.) to the supervisor.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure cleanliness of storage rooms and cleaning equipment.
• Assist residents with minor tasks when instructed by building management.
• Maintain polite and respectful behavior with residents and visitors.
• Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and punctuality.
• Respect privacy of residents and follow building rules strictly.
• Avoid unauthorized entry into apartments or restricted areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
