Job Description - Cleaner

Responsibilities

1. Remove garbage from each floor from garbage bins and replace garbage bag 3 times a day.

2. Clean common areas of the building e.g. corridors, entrance, elevators, reception, entrance glass doors, service rooms base building equipment.

3. Vacant flats cleaning to handover to new tenant once maintenance is completed.

4. Provide support for cleaning work for water tanks.

5. Clean GYM equipment and flooring

6. Clean outside common areas for swimming pool

7. Provide watering to outside garden twice daily.

8. Clean staff accommodation common areas and toilets

9. Clean offices and toilets daily basis

10. Receive Call from Hassantuk.

11. Assist new tenant in move in process handing over the keys and submitting the form.

12. Monitor fire alarm FF system.

13. Monitor CCTV

14. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

15. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

16. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

17. Make adjustments and minor repairs

18. Stock and maintain supply rooms

19. Cooperate with the rest of the staff

20. Follow all health and safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
