Cedar Pet Supply in St. George is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cleaner to help maintain a spotless and welcoming environment for our animals and customers. Position Overview

As a Cleaner at Cedar Pet Supply, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our facility is clean, organized, and safe for our pets and patrons. This role includes a range of responsibilities to support the upkeep of our store and provide the highest standard of care for our animals.

This role is 2 mornings per week (Wednesdays & Thursdays) and requires someone who is dependable and able to complete tasks thoroughly within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including animal enclosures for puppies and kittens.
• General cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and removing waste to maintain a safe, tidy environment
• Regular inspection and restocking of cleaning supplies and ensuring that all areas meet our cleanliness standards
• Assist in maintaining equipment and cleaning supplies in good working order
• Respond promptly to any cleaning needs that arise throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or a similar role preferred; experience with pet care is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow specific cleaning and sanitizing protocols
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stay on feet for the duration of the shift, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Position Details

• Wage: $12 - $14 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Part-time, 7:00 am - 11:00 am
