Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the retail floor, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and staff areas regularly.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with store policies.
• Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise when necessary.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and properly.
• Support store staff with general tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth operations.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning shifts to management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a retail environment.
