Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and shine
• Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to promote hygiene
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects that may involve heavy-duty equipment or specialized cleaning agents
• Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of both residential and commercial spaces by adhering to established cleaning protocols
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently to maximize productivity

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Skilled in floor care methods such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors to achieve professional results
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and residential painting techniques is a plus
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and completing tasks efficiently
