Saturday is our biggest day. Multiple properties turning over, cleaning teams in the field, guests arriving on a schedule. Someone has to make sure every team is in the right place at the right time and that nothing falls through the cracks. That someone is you.

We're a growing vacation rental cleaning company on Anna Maria Island looking for a Dispatcher and Coordinator to run Saturday operations on-site. You'll need experience in rooms control, housekeeping dispatch, or similar coordination in hospitality or cleaning. You know what turnover day feels like and you thrive in it.

What Your Saturdays Look Like:

You'll assign cleaning teams to properties, coordinate turnover timing throughout the day, stay in communication with teams in the field, and handle whatever comes up. Last-minute schedule changes, a team running behind, a property that needs extra attention. You read the board, adjust on the fly, and keep everything moving.

Who We're Looking For:

You're organized and decisive. You can look at a schedule, a map, and a team roster and figure out the most efficient way to get everything done. When something goes sideways, you solve it without creating more chaos.

You communicate clearly and stay positive. Your teams in the field depend on you for direction, and how you deliver that matters. No drama, no panic. Just steady coordination that keeps everyone on track.

You'll need your own reliable vehicle, a clean background, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
