Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Coordinator to oversee daily cleaning activities, manage staff schedules, and ensure all sites are well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with hands-on experience in managing cleaning or housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Assign cleaning staff to designated sites and monitor task completion.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Supervise cleaning quality and ensure high standards are met.
  • Manage shift rotations, day-off schedules, and emergency replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Support staff training, performance monitoring, and evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility supervision.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other scheduling tools.
