نبحث عن مدير عمليات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى شركتنا المتخصصة في خدمات التوصيل. يُشترط أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة سابقة كمدير عمليات في شركات التوصيل .

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
• إدارة السائقين ومنسقي التوصيل وفريق الدعم.
• متابعة الأداء وضمان تنفيذ عمليات التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
• تطوير وتحسين الإجراءات لرفع الكفاءة.
• التعامل مع المشكلات التشغيلية وضمان جودة الخدمة.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة كمدير عمليات في شركة توصيل أو شركة لوجستية.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
