Vehicle Maintenance & Fleet Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Vehicle Maintenance & Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our company vehicles, including Hiace vans and 3-ton trucks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained, serviced on time, and all necessary permissions are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee regular vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Monitor vehicle performance, mileage, and repair needs.
• Handle vehicle registration, renewal, insurance, and related permissions.
• Schedule and track maintenance and repairs with workshops.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle expenses and service history.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with company and RTA regulations.
• Support logistics and operations by ensuring fleet readiness.

Requirements:

• Experience in vehicle or fleet maintenance coordination.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles, engines, and maintenance procedures is a must.
• Ability to coordinate with workshops and service centers.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling.

Salary: AED 2000(Will be discussed depending on the experience and knowledge).
