Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners).
- Assign daily tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions as needed.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness.
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas for use.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder supplies when needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure staff follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
- Ensure safe working conditions for all housekeeping staff.
- Respond to special guest requests related to housekeeping.
- Address and resolve guest complaints about cleanliness.
- Ensure guest privacy and respect during room cleaning.
- Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and safety.
- Provide ongoing training and development to improve team skills.
- Work with maintenance to address cleaning-related repairs.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Keep records of incidents, complaints, and inventory usage.
- Provide regular reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Priority for who have FM knowledge

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
