House Keeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead housekeeping staff to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping team.
• Train new staff and conduct regular performance checks.
• Ensure all hospital areas (patient rooms, wards, corridors, restrooms, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected properly.
• Monitor use of cleaning supplies and equipment; order stock when needed.
• Maintain hygiene and infection control standards as per hospital policy.
• Handle complaints or feedback related to housekeeping services.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., nursing, maintenance) as needed.
• Ensure staff follow safety, uniform, and cleanliness protocols.
• Prepare reports and maintain housekeeping records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Atleast 2-3 year work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in Hospital Sector Hospital experienced candidate will be preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office
