Admin Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office and factory administrative functions.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, security, canteen/mess facilities, and utilities management.
  • Coordinate repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of office/factory premises.
  • Monitor workplace safety, fire safety, and compliance with company policies.

2. Employee Services

  • Manage attendance registers, ID cards, and transport arrangements for staff/workers.
  • Support in managing hostel/accommodation facilities (if applicable).
  • Facilitate medical, insurance, and welfare-related administrative matters.

3. Vendor & Resource Management

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for office/factory supplies.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of administrative goods and services.
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery, and supplies.

4. Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of administrative expenses, service agreements, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and organizational policies.
  • Support HR & Admin in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Assist in coordinating events, training, and meetings (venue, logistics, refreshments, etc.).
  • Support HR & Admin department in workforce-related matters where required.
  • Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external service providers.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of factory administration in textile/denim manufacturing will be preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Administration (preferably in the textile/garment/denim manufacturing industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
