About the Role:
The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime. The role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
What will be your responsibilities?
As a Facilities Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and monitor the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including VRF systems.

Oversee maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, ensuring timely inspections and repairs.

Ensure optimal functioning of gensets and other power backup systems.

Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and service requirements.

Supervise housekeeping, security, and other hard facilities support services as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Respond to emergencies and provide quick resolutions to facility-related issues.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities and energy usage for management review.
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
- Proven experience in facilities management with strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

Hands-on expertise in HVAC operations, VRF systems, and genset maintenance.

Ability to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all building systems.

Strong knowledge of hard facilities management, including firefighting systems, lifts/elevators, and water supply systems.

Experience in managing BMS (Building Management Systems) for monitoring and controlling facility operations.

Skilled in energy management and optimization to reduce utility costs and improve efficiency.

Experience in supervising maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements for commercial facilities.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.

Capacity to manage multiple sites/floors and respond quickly to urgent facility needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
