Facility Manager

Job Summary:

The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of the company’s facilities. This role involves overseeing building systems, managing service providers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all facility services including maintenance, cleaning, security, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Supervise in-house technicians and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
• Monitor building systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning and timely maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost estimates, and reports.
• Maintain records of maintenance logs, inspections, and service reports.
• Manage space planning, office layouts, and relocation as required.
• Oversee facility renovations, construction projects, and upgrades.
• Implement sustainable practices to reduce energy usage and environmental impact.
• Serve as a point of contact during emergencies and coordinate disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and technical maintenance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
