Job Objective:
To supervise and manage daily service operations such as cleaning, hospitality, and facility organization, ensuring high standards of service quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day tasks of service staff and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assign daily duties to team members based on schedules and operational needs.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization across all designated areas.
- Ensure availability of necessary tools, cleaning supplies, and materials.
- Submit daily or weekly reports to the line manager on performance and issues.
- Train new service staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and customer service.
- Track staff attendance, punctuality, and leave requests.
- Address complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain team discipline and a positive work environment.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of service supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma minimum (higher education is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in supervising cleaning or support service teams.
- Good leadership and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile phones or simple digital tools (for reporting/scheduling).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cleaning schedules and staff rota planning.
- Ability to motivate team members and improve productivity.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in schools, hospitals, hotels, or large facilities.
