Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of cleaners, ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out to the highest standards, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities of staff.
• Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
• Ensure the use of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Train and guide cleaning staff in health, safety, and company procedures.
• Manage cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare and submit reports to management.
• Address and resolve staff or client concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum [2] years of experience in cleaning supervision or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
