• Salary: QAR 2,200 + 3 hours fixed OT (No company accommodation or transport)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to supervise and manage our cleaning operations. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while leading and motivating a team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Deliver toolbox talks and support training and staff development initiatives.
• Prepare and manage daily work schedules, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.
• Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues.
• Handle workload variations and provide guidance during peak operations.
• Foster a supportive, disciplined, and productive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader in facility services.
• Strong understanding of cleaning methods, materials, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing cleaning consumables and inventory.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
