Cleaning Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities.

Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are clean and orderly
- Notify management of any damages or maintenance issues

Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Skills:
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes-

- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
