Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cleanroom Technician with expertise in installing cleanroom panels, overseeing HVAC and ducting installation, and managing testing and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate should be able to read and interpret technical drawings, understand client requirements, and lead a team of junior technicians and helpers to deliver projects on time and as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install cleanroom panels, doors, windows, and associated structures according to project specifications.
• Supervise HVAC and ducting installation works to ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct and oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of cleanroom systems.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications to execute work accurately.
• Understand client requirements and ensure project deliverables align with expectations.
• Plan daily tasks, allocate work, and supervise junior technicians and helpers for timely project completion.
• Monitor material usage and report requirements to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and cleanroom standards during execution.
• Maintain workplace safety, quality, and cleanliness throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleanroom installation projects (panels, HVAC, ducting).
• Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, and validation processes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute based on technical drawings and layouts.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage junior technicians and helpers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of ISO 14644 standards (preferred).

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering field (preferred).
• Technical certifications related to HVAC/cleanroom construction will be an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
