We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clerk with proven experience in the property development field. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative operations, and ensuring smooth data management in accounts and across departments.

  • Encode and manage large volumes of data with precision and speed
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
  • Assist in daily office operations including document preparation and scheduling
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally
  • Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Organize and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Multitask / Time Management
  • Basic knowledge in VAT
  • Software proficiency
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Active learning
  • Data analysis
  • Basic knowledge in accounting cycle - accounting recording, summarizing, analyzing and reporting of financial statements
  • compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
