About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Clerk – Offsite Warehouse to join the resort’s Warehouse team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations, maintaining order and accessibility.
• Do routine audits of temperature control zones and report any irregularities.
• Conduct Expiry date check periodically as per the set schedule.
• Ensure accuracy of all dispatches as per received requisitions.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using BirchStreet system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Compile, verify, and reconcile warehouse data, including stock movements and adjustments.
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory closing processes.
• Prepare and distribute inventory and warehouse activity reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information from warehouse.
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Attend regular departmental meetings to ensure relevant information is shared.
• Always follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (BirchStreet) is an advantage.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
