Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Account Lead (CAL) to drive strategic growth and client success within the Financial Services industry, with a primary focus on banking. This role is tailored for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the financial services market, strong client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. As a Client Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-value services, and driving business outcomes that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to address their business needs and challenges.
Account Growth and Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive revenue growth, expand service offerings, and identify new opportunities within the banking sector.
Industry Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of the financial services market, including trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics, to deliver tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges.
Solution Delivery Oversight:
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions, maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding client expectations.
Thought Leadership:
Provide insights and thought leadership on emerging trends in banking, such as digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency, to position Accenture as a trusted partner.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Financial Management:
Oversee account financials, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and contract management, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s business objectives.
Proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts within the financial services industry, with a focus on banking.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and customer expectations in the financial services sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing account budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
A track record of delivering innovative solutions that address client challenges and create value.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
