Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Account Lead (CAL) to drive strategic growth and client success within the Financial Services industry, with a primary focus on banking. This role is tailored for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the financial services market, strong client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. As a Client Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-value services, and driving business outcomes that align with client objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to address their business needs and challenges.

  • Account Growth and Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive revenue growth, expand service offerings, and identify new opportunities within the banking sector.

  • Industry Expertise:
    Leverage deep knowledge of the financial services market, including trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics, to deliver tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges.

  • Solution Delivery Oversight:
    Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions, maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding client expectations.

  • Thought Leadership:
    Provide insights and thought leadership on emerging trends in banking, such as digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency, to position Accenture as a trusted partner.

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

  • Financial Management:
    Oversee account financials, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and contract management, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s business objectives.


  • Proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts within the financial services industry, with a focus on banking.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and customer expectations in the financial services sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing account budgets, forecasting, and profitability.

  • A track record of delivering innovative solutions that address client challenges and create value.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
