As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Mygate for our customers — driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll manage end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding and adoption to renewals and upselling, ensuring every client derives maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities

Own the client relationship: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.

Client success & retention: Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, gather feedback, and proactively address challenges.

Onboarding & adoption: Lead onboarding sessions, provide training, and ensure successful implementation of Mygate’s solutions.

Drive growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs to enhance account value.

Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, and Support) to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.

Communication excellence: Ensure every client interaction reflects Mygate’s commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability.

Data-driven insights: Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

0–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing — preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client challenges

Comfort with CRM tools and data analysis

High ownership, customer empathy, and a drive to deliver measurable results
